NAS/Super Clean Oil Filtration System
SSMPL manufacture in house skid mounted, compact, multistage NAS oil filtration system with various type of pre and final filters for fresh blended and semi used oil. It is one of the proven system for NAS. More than 120 systems are working with various lube plant and major end user in the country for engine, turbine, hydraulic and transmission oil. We did exported some of the systems as well.
We have achieved NAS-00 and provide customised system as to achieve required guaranteed NAS and systems are designed to operate 24×7.

- Viscosity to handle upto 200 CST @ 40°C
- Single pass and multipass system.
- 2/3 stage or multistage with multiple pre filtration ( for semi used oil)
- In line NAS checking facility.
- Single point draining system as to minimize dead volume upto 2/3 %.
- Colour coded Dp gauge with alarm as to know the time for filter change out.
- Control panel to operate in semi auto / auto mode.
- In built dirty and clean tank, MOC of MS and SS.
- Can be designed for flow rate of 10 LPM to 400 LPM.
- Can be used as off line and in line filtration.
- Customized design can also be provided.
- Meet third party inspection and test procedure.
- MOC of gasket and “O” ring Silicon, Viton, EPDM, Neoprene, PTFE etc.
- Surface finish- sand blasting, mechanical polishing, pickling and painting etc.

- In line heater assembly as option to maintain temperature and reduce viscosity during winter as to have required flow.
